ParaNadam is a sacred mantra and kirtan ensemble based in Ojai, California, led by husband-and-wife duo Brian and Isha Nager. For the past 14 years, they have shared music in support of spiritual practice at retreats, satsangs, and conscious gatherings, creating uplifting and devotional spaces where people can connect with a deeper sense of peace, gratitude, and the natural joy of being alive.
Rooted in the ancient traditions of kirtan, a spirited call-and-response style of devotional chanting, and bhajans, or devotional songs, ParaNadam weaves together profound Sanskrit mantras and prayers passed down through the rich spiritual heritage of India with original contemplative English lyrics, soulful melodies, and heart-stirring vocals.
Their music is both an offering and an invitation—to turn inward, open the heart, and celebrate the beauty of life through the transformative power of sound and collective singing.
